• Training and/or professional experience in the Reception area
• Experience in similar roles (experience in a hotel setting will be valued)
• High sense of responsibility
• Enjoy working in a team
• Communication skills
• Careful presentation
• Ease of use with computer tools – Microsoft Office and HOST (preferred factor)
• Availability to work night shifts
• Fluency in foreign languages (English and French)
• Availability to work in Porto
• Availability for flexible hours
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming clients: Check-in and Check-out
• Handling accommodation reservations
• Provide telephone support
• Handle invoicing
• To provide information about tourist activities and give guidance about the surrounding area.
• Manage information and communicate with different departments • Ensure guest loyalty through a professional and proactive approach, always seeking to anticipate and exceed guest needs and expectations.
• Sales and promotion of hotel services
