Profile:
• Literary qualifications at the level of 12th grade/higher education
• Professional experience in the area (preferably in Hospitality and Tourism)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and French (preferred factor)

Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Welcome, accompany and inform customers
• Organize luggage
• Assist customers/guests
• Manage telephone communications/messages
• Escort clients to their room
• Receive and check orders
• Run errands and run errands
• Ensure surveillance and control of entries/exits
• Support reception, maintenance and housekeeping, if necessary
• Attend and control bar stocks
• Clean bar equipment and respective records according to mandatory HACCP standards
