The hotel group Axis Hotéis & Golfe starts this year with the acquisition of the Hotel Ofir (4 Stars - 191 rooms) in Esposende.
2003
The Hotel do Golfe (3 Stars) is built in Ponte de Lima.
2007
The Axis Hotels & Golf brand was created in 2007, changing the name of the existing hotels to Axis Ofir and Axis Ponte de Lima.
2008
The new Axis Viana unit, with 87 rooms and 4 Stars, opens in August 2008.
2009
In March 2009, the Axis group expanded to Porto with the opening of the Axis Porto Unit (4 Stars) with 145 rooms.
2010
The Axis Group consolidates itself with the acquisition of the Hotel Axis Vermar (4 Stars), establishing itself in the North of Portugal with a total capacity of 208 rooms.
2011
In February 2011, it opened the group's first Low Cost in Braga with the new sub-brand Basic Braga by Axis.
